Follow this simple process to order prescription medication.
1. Obtain a prescription
Ask your veterinarian to write a prescription for medication the next time you visit.
2. Order the medication and upload the prescription
Search for the medication on our website, upload a scan or photo of the prescription and follow the checkout process. If you're not sure what to order, please email us (info@yourpetpa.co.nz) or call us on 0800 473 872.
If you are unable to upload the prescription, then please email (info@yourpetpa.co.nz) a scanned copy or picture of the prescription.
3. Post the original prescription
Please then post the original pen signed prescription to the PO Box below

For Your PetPA to facilitate the dispensing of prescription medication, we require that you post the original signed prescription to our PO Box. We must be provided with the original pen signed prescription.
Prescription Medications
Your PetPA facilitates the supply of restricted veterinary medicines (veterinary prescriptions) and is approved to do so by the Ministry of Primary Industries. When purchasing prescription medication through Your PetPA you know that:
- All prescription medication supplied is sourced from New Zealand veterinary wholesalers.
- All prescription medication available is registered with the New Zealand Government under the ACVM Act 1997 (Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines).
All prescription medication listed on the Your PetPA website is available for supply on acceptance of your order by our team and on receipt of the original prescription.
